A business communication platform from Hyderabad. We close the gap between a message arriving and someone replying.
Four commitments that decide what ships, what we say no to, and how we judge our own work.
Every screen has to earn its place. We ship products a team can learn in an afternoon and rely on during a launch, finished to the standard of tools built for far larger companies.
Official APIs, automation, and the newest messaging capabilities as they arrive, wrapped so a business owner can use them without a developer or a training week.
Up to 80 messages a second per number, replies in seconds, and a panel that keeps up from send to CRM update. Speed is not a plan tier.
We measure ourselves on enquiries answered, calls booked, and orders confirmed. If a customer's revenue does not move, the feature did not work.
Built on the official API from day one, and extending from the reply to everything that happens after it.
Then
Zacx adopted the WhatsApp Cloud API while most tools still ran on unofficial gateways, and built on a foundation that never puts a business's number at risk.
Now
Broadcasts, chatbots, a shared inbox, CRM, forms, analytics, a mobile app and developer APIs, on one login, for consultants, institutes, brands, clinics and the agencies that serve them.
Next
AI agents that answer and qualify, bookings and appointments, and payments inside the conversation, so the whole customer journey happens in one thread.
The standards behind the software, and behind every support reply.
If you can use a spreadsheet, you can use Zacx. Complexity is our problem to solve, never the customer's.
Official infrastructure, isolated workspaces, honest limits. The platform a business runs on should be boring in the best way.
Every query on every plan gets a prompt resolution, and guided onboarding gets every number live. No ticket queues, no waiting for a callback.
Copy, code, support replies. Nothing ships until it is the best version we can make. It is the one rule we never relax.
A small, senior team in Hyderabad that works directly with the businesses on the platform.

Co-founder, Zacx
Leadership
"Businesses do not need more software. They need the few tools they use every day to be exceptional. That is the whole standard we hold Zacx to."
Koushik co-founded Zacx in 2024 and runs it day to day from Hyderabad. He was building on the WhatsApp Cloud API while most tools in India still ran on unofficial gateways, and the platform still carries that decision: official infrastructure, honest limits, and a bill that reads the way it was quoted.
He works directly with the businesses on Zacx, which is where most product decisions come from. A rough edge reported in the morning is usually on his screen by the afternoon.
