Do I need to pay anything to get started?
No. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no payment method required. Even you'll pick the plan after your trial so you can make an informed decision. But Inorder to send WhatsApp Tempaltes to your customers then you must put in your billing details and recharge the wallet. While the wallet recharges are non-refundable, we are sure that you'll love the software and the service. If you have any questions, please reach out to us on WhatsApp.
What are template charges?
Meta charges you for every template message you send, based on its category: Marketing, Utility, or Authentication. It is billed per template sent, on top of your Zacx plan. Incoming messages are free. Replying to a customer who messaged you is free until Oct 1, 2026, after which Meta bills replies at the Utility rate. Rates vary by country; the full rate sheet is linked above.
Can I switch plans or billing later?
Yes. You can upgrade or change your billing cycle at any time. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you switch the same day.
Is Zacx an official WhatsApp provider?
Yes. Zacx is a Meta Business Partner and runs on the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API.
What support is included?
Support on every plan from 10am to 6pm IST, with queries resolved promptly, plus documentation and guided onboarding to get your number connected.
Can Zacx be hosted on our own servers?
Yes. The Government plan covers custom hosting in the region you choose or a full on-premises setup inside your own infrastructure, with deployment handled by our engineers. Talk to us and we'll scope it with your IT team.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your workspace and setup stay in place. Choose a plan to continue sending, or talk to us on WhatsApp if you need more time to decide.
